A Jewish home in the heart of Oberlin
Chabad of Oberlin is an inclusive space for Jewish students to discover their heritage and identity. Join us for weekly Shabbat meals, holiday programs, and events and classes throughout the week, where you can connect with fellow students and celebrate Judaism joyfully. Led by Rabbi Yisroel and Sarah Pinson, you'll find homemade cooking, deep conversations, and a genuine Jewish home during your time at Oberlin.

Kosher on Campus
Find Kosher Food Certified by Lorain County Kosher
Under the supervision of Rabbi Yisroel Pinson (Lorain County Kosher), students enjoy kosher lunch and dinner at the Heritage Dining Hall, Monday through Thursday, certified by Lorain Kosher. Grab & Go meals are available daily at DeCafé in the basement of Wilder Hall, and kosher catering through AVI Foodservice is available upon request.
